1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
You report the issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the product
To request a return, customers must provide:
Clear unboxing video (mandatory for claims)
Photos showing the issue
Order details (Order ID, product name)
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Opened or used products
Products without original packaging
Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity (we recommend patch testing before use)
3. Replacement Policy
If your return request is approved, we will provide a replacement product
In case the product is out of stock, you may choose:

4. Refund Policy

5. Delivery Issues
If the parcel is visibly damaged during delivery, please do not accept it or record video while opening
